Warranty
Warranty period is 2 years. Warranty service covers defects that have arisen due to the manufacturer's fault. If it is found that the product is damaged due to user's improper handling, the manufacturer's warranty may be denied. Warranty is void if the user has attempted to repair the product's defect themselves. Similarly, the warranty is void if the product has been used improperly or exposed to water or other inappropriate conditions.
The warranty for the product is confirmed by the invoice (or receipt) from the date of issue. It is issued at the time of product receipt or sent by mail/email after payment for the product. During the warranty period, the defective product will be repaired or replaced with a new equivalent product. If the product is returned to the seller during the warranty period, it must be in its full set. The product can be returned only if its appearance, consumer properties, and original packaging have been preserved, and if the Customer can provide a document proving that the product was purchased from TavaTelpa.lv. The warranty for accessories (batteries, headphones, etc.) is 3 months.
Return:
The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered goods within 14 days after receiving them. The product can be returned if it has not been used, the consumer properties of the product have been preserved, its commercial appearance, original packaging, and the invoice (or receipt) confirming that the product was purchased from TavaTelpa.lv.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may inform TavaTelpa.lv by filling out the withdrawal form, which is available here. The completed form is sent to TavaTelpa.lv at the email address: [email protected], or together with the returned product to TavaTelpa.lv office at Ganību dambis 30B, Riga.
The Customer is obliged to return the product to TavaTelpa.lv office at Ganību dambis 30B, Riga, without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the day of sending the withdrawal form or the product return form. The Customer covers all costs associated with returning the product.
TavaTelpa.lv refunds to the Customer the payment received from the Customer, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days from the day when the withdrawal form or the product return form and the returned product are received. TavaTelpa.lv refunds the payment using the same payment method that the Customer used for the payment, i.e., by transferring the money to the Customer's settlement account.
