Rinse and dry the pan before first use. Then lubricate the nonstick surface with oil or grease to make the coating optimal for use. Burnt food can be easily removed with a normal sponge.

Do not use abrasive cleaners or metallic objects. We recommend cooking on a low flame. If it is necessary to cook over a high flame, gradually bring the pan up to the required temperature. It is recommended to use wooden or special plastic spatulas. It is not recommended to cut the products on the pan. Can be washed in the dishwasher on gentle cycle at a low temperature of 50°.
